Too bad Batman doesn't exist or is ever referenced or Olli should say "Clark just ask yourself WWBD?" lol

Nice scene there with Ollie and Clark. Ollie has gone back to resembling Bruce Wayne a bit more than of late.

"Hey Chloe...I paid for the gas, got some gum...Oh yea I killed 3 people in the store."

Heheh.

Thought it was great. The DD storyline has been fantastic and Sam Witwer knocks it out of the park every week. Good Clark/Chloe scenes too even though I don't buy that Chloe would do that and Clark was a moron for letting Davis get away. Good use of Ollie and Jimmy here too.

Nice to see Gaeta too. With both legs, no less!

I gave it a 'Good' as well. Very dark and at times disturbing, but all in all, I think it's a nice build-up to what's coming.

Count me in as someone who intends to see the premeire of Star Trek next Thursday.

When does the CW normally put its episodes online?

Not sure about that last part DP. I intend to just watch our tape when we get back. Neither of us have to work on the 8th, so I intend to geek-out on the BBS after seeing the movie.

Are you going to a 7:00 showing next week?

Well, it could have been worse for Oliver and Jimmy. They could have woken up bent over the theater seats with their pants down around their ankles.

With Oliver having a rubber ball in his mouth, Pulp fiction style

Oliver: So we cool?

Jimmy: Yeah, we cool. Two things. Don't tell nobody about this. This shit is between me, you, and Mr. Soon-To-Be-Living-The-Rest-of-His-Short-Ass-Life-In-Agonizing-Pain Rapist here. It ain't nobody else's business. Two: you leave town tonight, right now. And when you're gone, you stay gone, or you be gone. You lost all your Metropolis privileges. Deal?

Heheh. Jimmy's comment would probably be more like...

"Doomsday sodomized me, CK!"

So do I have to choose if I like Clark or Chloe with each episode? It seems when I like the one the other annoys me. Clark actually seems human here, loved his file cabinet outburst, and Chloe has become an alien.

I thought it was funny that Clark ran all the way to the Fortress with Davis. I didn't remember that Krypton thing having teleport abilities, I was really confused when Chloe just showed up. I wonder how many people Davis killed getting those candles and flowers.

Clark should have told Davis that he and Chloe could be forever together in the Phantom Zone and kick his ass in when he had his back turned.

Metropolis Cornfield Killer?!??!!? sounds like the Bay Harbor Butcher to me...haha

eh its was a decent episode. Getting PRETTY FREAKIN tired of all the pep talks from Clarks buddies prompting him to be the super-man that he should be over the years. Pete, Lex, Lana, Chloe, Oliver....jeebus cripes Clark can't you take a hint!??!? seems like every other episode. Just dawn the blue tights, red cape, boots, underwear over your blue tights, already!

This show is really going down the toilet, IMO. It actually put me to sleep before the second commercial break. Luckily I do record it and just got done watching what I missed. Chloe must have had Brainiac suck out a few points of her own IQ when he was purged from her. The Phantom Zone was the only place to put Davis that he could not escape from and kill more people. And no matter how she tries, Chloe cannot be with him 24/7. So innocents will always be in potential danger. And what happens when his cells mutate so far that there is no going back to human form? Chloe says "Oops, my bad. I should have let Clark PZone him when we had the chance." And if she is so dead set to sacrifice herself to stop Davis and save Clark, then she should have gone into the PZone with him. Not that I wanted her to. But this Chloe, the way the writers have mutated her character in the last few episodes, it makes me almost wish she is the one who dies in the finale. I'd rather remember Chloe the way she was than who she has been becoming these last few weeks.

I rated this episode Poor. Too mopey and not enough of getting stuff done or kicking of the ass. The next two episodes had better step it up a few notches.

Chlovage-west coast office, out.

Just a wee bit puzzled here, have we seen Gaeta's character before? Just who is he?
Yes, he's appeared briefly before. J'onn set him up at Met Hospital to help the League when members are injured and taken there...

That's right, I remember now. Thanks!

His name is Emil Hamilton, as in the DC character. Interestingly though, there already was a Dr. Hamilton (Steven, though) on Smallville. I assumed Steven Hamilton was going to be Smallville's version of DC's Dr. Hamilton, but that's obviously not the case anymore.
