Slightly stumped again.

Be sure to fill in all the forms in triplicate and then reverse the polarity on those involved. That'll force any backstanders to reduce their spatial oversight factor. Then be sure to accelerate your productivity curve to an exponential trend, predict your output, and use that estimate on your downranging capacity planning sheet.

I think Cheapjack is intentionally vague because he doesn't want his ideas stolen, which seems to have happened to him several times. However, this thread (and his others) read like Seinfeld episodes in that they are about, well, nothing really.

He could certainly give some general information that would not ID him or give away his projects. The type of industry for example. The extreme vagueness makes it seem like he's not working on anything.

Mr Awe

Soon Ashton Kutcher will pop up and tell us all we are punked. I don't think anyone is "stealing" his ideas. I used to think that the writers of South Park and The Simpsons were invading my brain or observing my life, guess what? People have similar ideas. Guess what else? Nobody here gives a shit about his ideas and are going to "steal" them. There is no such thing as an original thought.

He's what I imagine to be a real life version of Family Guy's 'Adam West'. Severe paranoia, fear that everyone is stealing his water and of course battles with fictional characters such as the Noid for ruining the freshness of his Pizza

My theory is that he is Bob Orci fucking with us. Maybe we should make a sepoerate thread on who CJ is and what he does.

Judgijng by the impressed looks I have had from those who have seen them, I don't think my half done stufff is all that bad. Quite finsihable, in fact. Just need improving a bit.

Just wondered if anyone else felt the same.

Well yeah, I have a couple of unfinished songs and an unfinished comic book and an idea for a Quantum Leap reboot, but they are all hobies and i'm not afraid to tell you about them.

I have an unfinished pie on my counter but I'm not gonna tell you guys what kind because you might make your own.

^^^See? Just need to touch them up and then focus on getting them done. Then you'll be headed for the big time, hopefully.

Actually, I think if it was you people who were looking over my shoulder, you would clap me on the back.

My problem is, I only do enough to stay in the job, maybe 20% extra, based on the fact iI read about three pulp SF books a week, till I was 19, which really pisses some off, cos they were reading one, which one I don't know. I don't do the exxtra bit to get the job finished.

But, I will.

A writer.

I started this, cos I thought it may be a common problem today. As I said, one project got copied and lost a few years ago and I thought that sort of situation might have spread to other workplaces. I'm not sure it has. I feel I got the blame for it, too, engineered it some way, though there was little I could do about it. Whether or not the scenario has spread, and I hope it hasn't, I'm going to finish these next few. It may be just happening to me.

Just wondered.

I'm not professional, yet. It obviously hasn't happened to any of you and that's good. Don't let it. Though you probably have the common sense not to.
