Star Trek Online can be useful for size comparisons, if we know what length they're using at least.
Most starships in the game will use whatever numbers are publicly known, if there's no public length or CBS/Paramount didn't give them one they'll guestimate. For example they weren't given a size for the DSC D7 so it was scaled to the DSC Connie the same way the TOS D7 is to the TOS Connie.
Some large ships are scaled down for gameplay reasons, but those are usually the really big ships. The Enterprise-J is surprisingly in the game at the full size Doug Drexler said he imagined it to be, a little over 3KM.
