Hey! I am new here, my first thread and post actually. Is there a size comparisons thread already or.... should we make this one?

Something from S3 of Picard... https://twitter.com/DaveBlass/status/1651017155482099712
I think it's EXACTLY studio scale - 6 feet long.I didn't realize a 1/350th Galaxy would be more-or-less studio-scale.

The Neo Constitution Class has parts from the battle damaged Luna-class Titan and gets renamed the Titan-A.I still bear the scars of the Great Starship Size Arguments of the late 2000's/early 2010's.
Later I looked deeper and saw nothing but lies.
It's 2023 and Pike's Enterprise is supposed to be the same ship as Kirk's but one is explicitly 442m long and the other 295m. It's fine, it's fiction, it doesn't matter.
It doesn't matter.
It doesn't matter.
*downs another drink*
Because Short Treks gives us the Disco/SNW Enterprise pre-"Cage", one of them pretends outright it ALWAYS looked that way during TOS, then you have "The Cage" then it's back to the other design AGAIN for Disco/SNW, then it's back to TOS for TOS proper. The Neo Constitution Class has parts from the battle damaged Luna-class Titan and gets renamed the Titan-A.
Who's to say that StarFleet in it's earlier days, didn't do similar things with severely damaged ships?
The SNW Connie could eventually get so severely damaged, that a Fixed / Updated Connie after Pike's Captaincy will eventually shorten the overall length of 442 m from the SNW Connie, down to 295m of the TOS Connie.
Then James T. Kirk will be handed command of the TOS Connie, and it could be the one we've all known, the 295 meter TOS Connie. That would easily fix canon issues about the Connie length IMO.

So Timey, Wimey, Wibbly, Wobbly is what it comes down to.Because Short Treks gives us the Disco/SNW Enterprise pre-"Cage", one of them pretends outright it ALWAYS looked that way during TOS, then you have "The Cage" then it's back to the other design AGAIN for Disco/SNW, then it's back to TOS for TOS proper.
