Situations where you could quote deep space nine

If you're trying to corral a group of orphans back to the orphanarium you could say "Move Along Home!!!"
When someone is being testy with you: Grab their ear and say in a whispery voice, "Your pagh is strong. Breathe! Breathe."
Whenever I'm tired and have my eyes closed and someone asks me if I'm sleeping or tired I just say that I was checking my eyelids for holes.

I use a few all fo the time:
1. That's what you get for missing staff meetings (which was first used in TSFS, Sisko)
2. That's why you're such a good parent... you know all the cliches by heart. (Kasidy Yates)
3. A deal is a deal. (Quark quoting the ROA's)
4. It seemed like a good idea at the time.(Gul Dukat)
5. Paranoid is when you think people are trying to kill you... people are trying to kill me. (Garak, but I paraphrase and use "get" instead of "kill")
6. And this is my favorite and I've only been able to use it once:
Quark: Who knows more about woment than me?
Bashir: Everyone. (An idiot friend of mine said the Quark line once and I was lucky enough to be able to jump on it with the Bashir line)

I was having an argument with a group of colleagues and it was threatening to get violent. One of my friends turned to me and said: "I wish he'd just hit me and get it over with" - I couldn't resist retorting;
"War may be our only hope. One thing is for sure, we're losing the peace."

I've found Sisko in angry mode can be used an awful lot when you decide to end an argument:
"LISTEN TO ME, if you have something to say to me... SAY IT" very important to over-pronounce every word
"DAMMIT! If you were still a man...!" (Pretty sure that can land you in trouble though)
"You...are...PATHETIC!" and "You have a TALENT for PICKing the LOSing SIDE!"
"Nobody touches my peppers!"
"KAPLEEEE" (in Emissary) I found out after about 14 years that he's actually shouting "HELP MEEEE", and that the Bolian dude isn't actually called Kaplee
Non Siskoisms, there's always a situation to slip one of these in a conversation:
"FOR CARDASSIAAAAAA" crops up an awful lot in my day, though I'm not sure why.
"DEATH TO THE ENEMY" (Worf - Take Me Out To The Holosuite)

End every sentence with Dukat's "I vow this with my life's blood!"
One I've found for getting out of conversations that are boring or awkward: "WHOOSH! ... I'm invisible!"
