Site to make gifs from...

Anybody know how website I an use (without downloading programs or downloading the videos themselves) to make gifs from ok.ru videos?

The usual culprits I use for YouTube videos, like imgflip.com and ezgif.com, don't recognize ok.ru videos. Spent a quite trying various websites and came up empty handed.

I've used ezgif.com to optimize existing gif's, but have not used the video to gif option because I use PhotoShop for that. I have an app called MP4 Downloader that has a conversion option.

Might be worth searching out a free app so you can convert your videos to a format the sites can work with.

Giving it another shot. Again: I don't want to download the videos. It's time consuming, could get me into trouble, and I would be making gifs from a lot of videos, so it would be a ton of downloading -- not for me at all.
