Simon Says Pricing

I've searched for a couple of eBooks on Simon Says, and they are being priced at $4.99 list price instead of the discounted $3.24 price. Is this a permanent increase like Trek paperbacks going from $6.99 to $7.99? Is it related only to the titles I looked at (the two latest S&A entries), or is it some temporary glitch?

If Keith or anybody else has some info about this, I would love to be better informed. I am a supporter of the eBook line, but if this is here to stay, then I have been priced out of the market.

I just went to the S&S site and looked at Slings & Arrows book 3 and it listed the regular price at $4.99, then it said your price $3.24.

I don't know if it was a glitch on your side or not, but as of 11:50am they were showing the discounted price.

Hope it helps.

OK, I see it at $3.24 again when I put it in the cart. It was not that way this weekend, but it seems to be okay now.

I'm not too wild about the first two S&A stories, but I hope that they improve. I tend to like Keith's work, so EoGPaM should be a winner.

The prices may be okay, but they're suddenly trying to impose a nearly 19% sales tax, which matches neither my local rate nor their local rate.

19% sales tax? That is way more then the Massachusetts 5% sales tax. This I think may be bordering on illegal.

Oh, I have no doubt that it was illegal. Fortunately, they've subsequently fixed the problem.
