Yeah, in a way, you could call Star Trek XI a better-executed version of "Nemesis."
They're both big on action and space battles, both feature a poorly motivated supervillain with a perceived connection to a main character, they both feature an advanced bad-ass badguy ship with a superweapon, etc.
Of course a lot of that's in TWOK too, just with a better villain who doesn't have a badass ship, just a hijacked USS Reliant.
And in a way, Star Trek XI's the shallowest of the three.
