hi everyone, i have always wondered about star trek TNG and Voyager. which show takes place first, i had always though Voyager was first because i could have sworn i saw Janeway playing an admiral in one the the TNG movies. My mother who watched both shows from the beginning told me that Voyager was after TNG. which might make since, as there tiny little ship does do worp 10.

but im not sure could someone clear this up for me. thanks

The Next Generation is the 2nd trek series (1987 to 1994) (TNG in the trek universe was 2364 to 2370)

Deep Space Nine came after TNG (1993 to 1999)(in trek universe was 2369 to 2375)

Voyager came after DS9 (1995 to 2001) (trek years....2371 to 2377)

Voyager (the ship itself) got home at the end of season 7 for Star Trek Voyager. Kathryn Janeway got promoted to Admiral after the ship got home. It was just near the end of 2377(around Dec 25) when Voyager got home.

Admiral Kathryn Janeway had a short appearence in the movie Star Trek: Nemesis (2002)...just a little later on in the movie after the wedding...Picard was in his ready room and was contacted by Admiral Janeway on his monitor. The movie took place in November 2379

Janeway was an Admiral in Star Trek Nemesis, which was set in 2379.
