Cacti.(whats the plural in English for cactus?)
Cacti.(whats the plural in English for cactus?)
I was about to say I didn't really collect anything, before realising the obvious.
Not the entire collection (more shoes & shirts and lots of other bits and pieces not shown) but enough for you to get the idea...

Holdfast! How can this all be so very tidy? Can you come and make mine look that way? Mines always in chaos, I never find a thing and even when I tidy it up (like I did yesterday) its not that tidy looking and again chaos in a week or so.
. It shows you're still young at heart, and thats awesome~
The picture above is beyond awesome.

I used to be very tidy when I was younger -- no doubt something I inherited from my parents. But as I've grown up I realised how inefficient it was, constantly having to move things to and from their little homes.
The main reason for tidiness is the convenience gained from knowing where everything is, but 99% of the time I remember where things are wherever I put them. So I realised that I didn't need to be as tidy as I was, and realised that convenience can also come from having frequently used things at hand.
A little chaos is good. We should try to find the balance point between what's truly helpful and what's an inconvenience.

I'm the opposite; chaos is not my natural state. So when I put something away, it automatically returns to the same place I got it from. I mean, it doesn't really take any longer to do so than putting it in the wrong place, so...

That's why the pocket squares in the bottom drawer in the last photo aren't neatly "squared off" and are at a slightly wonky angle.![]()
Not shown in the image is the blow-up bed on the bottom shelf! -You're ever so welcome!
I would LOVE to sit on your floor and go through these!!!
And let me add, I find it unbelievable that no one has said this yet:
"I collect spores, molds and fungus."
Seriously, people.![]()

Is this little stream in your garden, or do you take your collection to the park to photograph it?
