Should we have a bereavement and health problems forum?

You know, I come in from a busy day in what will be a busy week and sometimes I'm obliged to read this shit. It vexes me.

First of all, while I can understand the annoyance when there seems to be more than a fair share of needy-type (bereavement ones don't fall under this category in my book) threads, but the solution is easy. Skip the damned things. Don't post passive-aggressive threads about them. An Officer, I loves you, but this was a bad call, a train wreck waiting to happen. Choo-choo, fucking WHAM!

A better idea if posters hate these type of threads is to start better ones. This forum is what the posters make it to be.

As for the TNZ-Misc squabbling, stop it now. I don't want to read this crap and most others don't either. I value both sets of posters (which occasionally overlap) and we don't need to do the tribal crap (My group is better than your group, your group acts up, yours is retarded, etc). Let's end that here and now.

By the way, my youth died years ago, my health blows cats and I'm a cranky bitch. Now all of y'all post interesting topics and cheer me up. ;)

I think the poster your talking about is Bob the skutter.

I'm pretty sure you're right about that.

Yes, that's right! Couldn't remember the exact handle, probably because I haven't seen him post for so long. Perhaps he switched handles? I do hope he's alright.

Yes, it was I. I admit it was my plan all along to bring Misc down thus strengthening TNZ. ;)
I don't know if there's been a more appropriate time to use this but... Excuse me for almost dying.

My health is up and down but to meet your approval I've decided not to post about it. :p

Sorry, I'm not really having a go, or anything, just thought it was kinda funny.

I'm so out of it. I didn't even know you were ill. I know you from TNZ mostly; are you feeling okay?

I've got a congenital heart defect with lung damage. Spent the best part of a month coughing up blood recently, and had a really bad year last year. Right now I'm not bad though, thanks for asking.

^^ We're interested in how you're doing, so don't feel you have to refrain from Posting. It's good to hear that things may be looking up.

Well I have a check up soon, they may be adding another medication on to my treatment, sildenafil, or as it's better know, viagra. It's a treatment for pulmonary hypertension, my doctor thinks it might be worth adding on top of my current treatment, he said at my last appointment he would discuss it with the multidisciplinary team and see if it would be advisable and let me know next time I saw him, which is early next month.
