So what? Some of us are more orientated to the fact that 1% is a minority that barely affects anything. So if 1% happens to know about some behind-the-scenes thing that was never seen on screen (and yet even the 1% can not agree if it was a GOOD thing), that doesn't qualify it to appear in TrekXI.

You can say you like the idea of green uniforms. You just can't say it makes good sense for them to be green in Trek XI.

The original teaser poster shows two colors: gold and blue, in uniform pattern, with the TOS Enterprise logo. Which seems to indicate to me that the colors will be gold and blue. (And probably red)

Well, the two colors indicate, pretty strongly, that this film is primarily about Kirk and Spock (since those colors are most closely related to those two guys). Of course, the symbol in the poster was the command-branch chest insignia... not the "CBS logo" one worn on Spock's chest.

I wonder if CBS will play up the "old Science insignia" at any point. Yeah, they're not involved in this film... but C'MON... it's too obvious of a point to just overlook. It'd be like if NBC had gotten Trek back and the uniform insignia had a peacock in it...
