Should the Mirror Universe be rebooted too?

Now that there’s an alternate timeline/universe to Trek Prime, should the Mirror Universe be rebooted too?

PS: I wonder if the TOS USS Defiant crossing over into the Mirror Universe “In a Mirror Darkly” had a similar impact on the Mirror Universe as Nero and the Narda in Trek XI? If the Defiant hadn’t come into that universe, It’s doubtful Archer, and later Hoshi would have staged a coup to take over the Empire. Then again, the Terran Empire’s starfleet was taking a beating from the non-Terran resistance and it took the Defient to defeat them. “In a Mirror Darnkly” may or may not be part of the same Mirror Universe timeline when Prime universe Kirk, McCoy, Scotty and Uhura cross over in “Mirror Mirror”.

Well since it's the mirror universe and everything is kind of opposite over there, I'd have to say no, it should not.

The whole reason the Mirror Universe was like it was is because Mirror Spock was persuaded to change his ways, this resulted in the downfall of the Terran Empire (and we saw the result in DS9) so as long as the crossover doesn't happen as it did before the Mirror universe won't happen like we saw in DS9.

Does this mean the Mirror Universe will have a Nero? possibly, but that Nero would be the opposite of the normal universes Nero and Spock will be evil.

Since the MU is already an alternate universe/alternate reality, I don't see why. Some characters might look a little different than you thought you remembered them, but that's not a big deal, really.

If the physisist I am know anything about quantum mechanics, it's that anything that can happen will.
Maybe it wont be the "real" Mirror universe, but for all intensive purposes, it looks like it.

My Idea for a relauched Mirror Universe:
Perhaps after the attack on the Kelvin, the federation went into war with the Romulans, then began to take on the Klingons. Mirror Kirk, feeling rage at loosing his father, joins starfleet to avenge his death, kills Prime Spock, destroys the Narada, and uses the Empire's new flagship to enstill chaos throughout the known universe.

I like it! Did we ever hear much about Romulans in Mirror universe? I would assume that they're nice. Let's say that Vulcans distrust them much less, and launch an attempt to save Romulus sooner. Nero seemingly dies when this happens, showing up in Mirror universe past. He is grateful his planet was saved, but is ambushed by Kelvin. We thus get the same jump in technology by Kirk's time.

that said, what if TOS is the mirror universe to this alternate universe of the TOS mirror universe.

I don't think it would have a reboot, as Nero went back in time in the Nu universe, soooo... it just wouldn't work .
