I hate to give good solid advice based upon pop culture, but some of decent advice comes from the character of Mike Damone, from "Fast Times At Ridgemont High", as he explains the ins and outs of women to his friend Mark Ratner...
Mike:You just have to have The Attitude.
Mark:The Attitude?
Mike:Yeah. The Attitude dictates you don't care whether she cums, stays, lays or prays; whatever happens, your toes are still tappin'. Once you got that, you got everything. The Attitude, Rat.
Put more simply, Emher, if you just relax about everything and accept that it will either happen or not, she will see that you're relaxed about it and she will relax as well. Just be cool. If it clicks, good, and if it doesn't, that's fine also. At the VERY least, if you are cool about everything then it is much more likely that you will be friends...and never, NEVER understimate the importance of female friends who would like to see you hook up with THEIR friends. Once I accepted that some women were happy being "just friends", then those connections increased exponentially and I received more action than I probably would have drummed up on my own.
All that being said, I dunno about the business card idea. If she wants your number, she will ask for it.
Good luck!
