Shore Leave

I took a nap for a few hours after I got home. :p It helped. I'm sure I'll be back to normal tomorrow.

(Note to readers. I only had 3 1/2 hours of sleep last night, so shaddup! :D)

Oh, don't worry. I'm far worse. Any travelling knocks me out for literally days. One day's worth of travel and I need a week to fully recover. :)

What's bad for me is that more often than not anymore, I sleep very poorly in a hotel. I think that the problem is that the beds are ALWAYS way too soft. I wake up with a helluva neck headache and usually it's in the middle of the night, affecting sleep. Even bringing my own pillows didn't help this time.

Guess I should start bringing a board with me, to slip under the mattress. :p WTF is up with motels and mushy mattresses? Even the good hotels have mattresses that are too soft.

TBonz, so do I on occasions.
Other just experience as much as possible and sleep when they get home, as far as I have observed in the past.
