Yes.

No seriously, I don't think it's a fan favorite. So it's very likely that you're not the only one who didn't like it. Me, I just loved the interaction between Odo and Quark. Two great actors stranded on a desolate planet – that and a good script are all I ask for from a DS9 episode.
