Castle Sets in Q-Pid?

Watching Q-Pid and appreciating the medieval castle sets the show uses. These are obviously sets for a television production, but I wonder where they came from? Were these built for the episode? Where they just existing on the Paramount lot from some other production? Which one? Rented from another studio? A quick Google search doesn't answer my questions but I'm curious if any of you fine folks might know.

I always assumed they went to Universal or somewhere with standing castle sets, but everything I can see suggests that apart from the Sherwood Forest scenes, it was filmed at Paramount.

I guess they built the sets on Stage 16, though Paramount probably had a load of stuff in stock to get them started. All the props and costumes would have been rented, maybe some set pieces were too?

Memory Alpha says it was short on Stage 16, so looks like they built the set... although it would stand to reason Paramount had alot of this stuff on hand.

This could be a complete asspull but I thought I recalled at some point the Paramount lot had a genetic castle set. There's a ton of pre-built stuff there for use.

They didn't have a standing one, but they doubtless had a load of flats in the scenery dock from previous productions.
