Sheet Music?

A reduction/transcription has got to be forthcoming one day I hope. The music is just too damn good and ultra valuable along with TMP. I used to also know a guy who played it all by ear, even the piano music in 'Spectre of the Gun' and the glorius' The Empath' music. It really is some of America's greatest music period. I loved the score for 'I, Mudd' and the third season especially - very harmonically daring and complex. First two seasons were ruggedly American with fourths and sevenths, minor seconds and tri-tone resolutions. Also the animated series had some cute music that needs music sheets too desperately.

Just watched the Cage and the touching/homey faux-Copland cues are some of the best music in the franchise, I think.

The dissertation relies too much on TMOST and other Roddenberry sources. There is actually plenty of electric spacey-music he denigrated, in but nevertheless allowed Courage to use in the Cage. Plus electric violin in the TOS theme at first, and Man Trap. The general drift of course is Romantic. But not exclusively so.
