Shatner’s Opening Narration

talk about cross over? they should re-record the opening with Yoda

"Space: the final frontier. the voyages of the starship Enterprise,These are.

Its five-year mission: to explore strange new worlds; new life and new civilizations, to seek out; where no man has gone before...to boldly go

What about shows with a spoken narration in the opening titles, not sung? I can think of a few right off:

Adventures of Superman
Star Trek
Shazam!
The Secrets of Isis
The Six Million Dollar Man
The Odd Couple
Supergirl
The Twilight Zone
The Loner
Alias Smith and Jones
The Invaders
The Fugitive
Knight Rider
Manamal
Automan
SeaQuest
The A-Team
The Green Hornet
Police Squad (In Color!)
The Immortal
Run for Your Life
Buck Rogers
Trauma Center
AlienNation
Babylon 5
The Fantastic Journey
Beyond Westworld
Man from Atlantis
Hart to Hart
Otherworld
Hardcastle & McCormick

I have a vague memory of Shatner saying in a more recent-ish interview that he wished he could re-record the intro, as the thinks he could do a better job at it today. I don't recall him saying exactly what he'd do differently, though.
I know he re-recorded it at least once in the ‘90s for the 25th Anniversary and/or Judgement Rites video game.

Obscure comedy Ned & Stacey with Post Wings Thomas Hayden Church and pre Will and Grace (with oddly a similar premise of female lead moving in with the male one) Debra Messing

If you want to count hip hop as “not technically singing” then Prince of Bel Air

Oh, Tom Hanks does the “series premise” before the generic cover of “My Life” for Bosom Buddies

Listening to several leaked audio clips of Shat being Shat in recording booths over the years (I say it SaBO-TAUGE), he certainly puts out a perfectionist’s way about himself when it comes to voice overs and ADR work
