Were they even AT stargate command? Or was it an office in DC where Jack was said to be when Landry took over the SGC? Homeworld command might be a different OP all together from the SGC.

Stargate Command and Homeworld Command are two different things. Stargate Command is where the gate is and HC is in the Pentagon.

We don't yet know exactly where the gate is now on Earth, since the mountain complex shut down, they moved it, but where....

In-universe, it was supposed to be closed down as well.... but they haven't yet stated where the new base is

Well if they change their minds about the Atlantis movies they've got a nice place outside San francisco that even comes with it's own Stargate.

I hadn't thought about that. So, would the Atlantis gate be capable of intercepting incoming wormholes or would the SGC gate still be the prime Earth address? It's the Russian Gate problem all over again.

The pegasus gates automatically supercede the MW gates. Anyone dialing earth would connect to the Atlantis gate. Which would make a great part of the movie. Atlantis as the new SGC for a while.

And when was it mentioned that Cheyenne mountain had closed down in the SG shows?

Why do you suppose Telford showed up at Emily's door? It seemed that once Young jumped back into Telford's body, "business" was already done. Now what if Emily got pregnant? Telford's biological, but Young's in spirit? Talk about problems! Wow!
