I will say I'm interested to know what the Odyssey was doing on its secret mission that prevented it from showing up for the fight.
(or was that a hint at something I was already supposed to know about?)
Mistakes in the episode:
In no particular order
You would have thought it to more appropriate to land Atlantis in the middle of the Atlantic ocean rather than the Pacific?

No, it was a load of nonsense designed to explain why we couldn't put our ZPM-powered, Ori-killer ship up against theirs.
That bugged me, the non-death of Ronon bugged me, the sudden introduction of this "wormhole drive" bugged me and the loss of the Ancient Chair bugged me (the non-proliferation treaty says they have to move it so they move it to a building at Area 51 ? Stick it miles underground!!!).
Still, aside from those problems I enjoyed it. It gets a Good from me.

All of the BC-304s have the Asgardian beam weapony and I'm sure all of the ones in the Pegasus galaxy had a ZPM.

No, they recovered three ZPMs once they'd gotten rid of the Replicators in "The Return, Part Two". Prior to that, the last ZPM they had was fully drained in "McKay and Mrs. Miller".
One went to the Odyssey, one went to power the Ancient outpost and Atlantis kept one. Earth's other ships - the Daedalus, Apollo, Sun Tzu and the General Hammond - do not have ZPMs.
They drained the Atlantis one in "Adrift" but managed to steal one from the Replicators to replace it.
