Yeah, he does go up his own backside a bit when he reviewed TWoK, but I like his review of "Q2":

I agree with him giving it an average score of 5/10; better than "The Q and the Grey" and some of the earlier TNG Q stories, but not amazing and squandering its potential.

I agree with him giving it an average score of 5/10; better than "The Q and the Grey" and some of the earlier TNG Q stories, but not amazing and squandering its potential.

He was doing a comparative analysis between 3 literary works which greatly informed WoK and WoK itself. Its a non sequiter to say that just because he mentions and quotes from classical texts hes going up his own backside. Anything which might allude to things outside pop culture does not immediately constitute pretension. In my opinion, respectfully.

I'll admit it. I laughed. I find that guy irritating, but that was a pretty funny review, and he made a lot of good points. I didn't agree with everything, but I did laugh.
