Contest: ENTER SF&F Avatar Contest: Man, you come right out of a Comic Book!

In honor of "Avengers: Infinity War", which is focused around Thanos, the theme of this contest is Comic Book Villains. So, bad guys from Comic Book Movies, TV shows based on comic books, video games based on comic books, or actual comic books. Characters from outside of comics are allowed as well, but only with an image sourced from a comic book (so, Darth Vader is okay, if the image for the entry is not from the movies, but from a comic).

As usual, maximal size for entries are 200x200 pixels and/or 1 Mb data. And also remember to keep it SFW for Google Ads' sake. I'll leave this open till about Friday. One entry per user, for now, but I might expand depending on the number of entries by Tuesday.

By the way, meaningless bonus points to whoever gives the source of the quote that serves as the contest's title.

As I'm sure I've mentioned before, I'm not really into superheroes. But as you may have noticed from pretty much any other comic-related entry I've made in the past, I am a fan of Saga. Now, I would say Saga has "antagonists" more than outright villains... and allegiances shift over time, so an enemy at one point may be an ally later.

But having said all that, I'm going to enter Prince Robot IV, since he was definitely an enemy some of the time! :)

Nice entries everybody. But as there are only four so far I'm opening this up to three entries total per user.

Alright, here are my own entries #2 and 3:

Darkseid, "Superman: The Animated Series"

Shredder, "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles"

Oh, well, OK. I don't really read a lot... hmm... villains....

OK, here's the American military leader from We Stand on Guard, a miniseries written by the writer of Saga, depicting the future attempted conquest of Canada by the United States. I don't think we ever learned her name.

I also read tie-ins. This one is the crazy Praetor (also nameless, IIRC) from the Romulans series.

Nice ones, folks. I notice there's only one Marvel villain entry, though. Here's hoping my Last Call draws forth one or two more entries (or three).
