All of the primary coverage today gave me the idea for this contest. The theme is leaders. Specifically, leaders who are in a actual position of power in some kind of government, not simply someone who happens to lead an organization or group of people. So mayors, governors, presidents, kings/queens, emperors, etc. are good, but starship captains, team leaders, heads of organizations etc. are not.

Coulson never was on the World Counsel. He just advised.

Also, Coulson is the director of a SHIELD that is very officially disavowed by the U.S. government. Whether its unofficial status is enough to qualify, I guess Chris3123 will have to be the judge of that.

It sounds like you didn't see the last episode. The President even assigned Coulson a Brigadier General that reports to him (Talbot).
