Seth Macfarlane tapped to host this years Academy Awards!

Yeah, that's the biggest surprise of the night. Not that Lee is undeserving or anything, it's just unexpected.

Ang Lee becomes only the fifth director to win multiple Best Director Oscars without taking Best Picture (the others are Frank Borzage, Frank Capra, John Ford, and George Stevens - though Capra and Ford did direct Best Picture winners), and the first to do so in more than 50 years.

I had Spielberg, but I had this nagging feeling I should pick Lee.

17/21.

Well, we don't know that Life of Pi won't win Best Picture, yet. Though it does seem unlikely. Argo probably has this wrapped up.

Quvenzhané Wallis is adorable. I haven't seen Beasts of the Southern Wild yet, but I hope she wins.

Good for her. I love Jennifer Lawrence! Although I didn't really think it was an Oscar performance and Bradley Cooper dominated the film.

15/22 Called it.

Now Catching Fire and X-Men: Days of Future Past will have to be marketed as starring Academy Award Winner Jennifer Lawrence.

Man, who would have thought we'd someday live in a world where Batman, Catwoman (2x) Joker (2x), lex Luthor (2x), Jor El (2x), nick fury and Pa Kent would all be played by Oscar winning actors...not to mention Oscar nominees playing Iron Man and Mystique?

And now Mystique is an Oscar winning too.

And for someone please wake up DeNiro?
