Set blueprint exchange

I see the close up of the BB and ready room set, but not of the transporter/sceince lab.

I did a google image search and can still pull down images off the archives of the auction, but they may not be as high res as the originals. Oh well, this is what i get for not keeping up wtih this stuff ;)

always with the E-E bridge, never the corridor segments from First contact :P

I did see those on reddit though, someone actually pointed that chap our way.

Thank you all for the well wishes and I am now well enough to return to this project

Also I hope to release a new set of my voyager blueprints sometime this month

A while back, I decided to split the Voyager Corridor blueprints into two sections.
  • Corridor Structure (arches, wall panels, carpet etc)
  • Corridor Layout (floor plan, alcove, slot numbers/positions etc.)
The corridor structure plans are now complete and uploaded to flickr.

Corridor Structure (all flickr links):

A pdf of all my Voyager Project blueprints so far can be found on my deviantart: https://radishdalek.deviantart.com/art/The-Voyager-Project-set-blueprints-680169230

As always feedback and error spotting are greatly appreciated

Work is already in progress on Corridor Layout and I hope to get it finished soon-ish

This is fantastic!

02 - Black Inset Areas
This is most likely rubber matting. Some guys at the Fleet Workshop have come across this material before. You might see if their stuff matches your diagramed dimensions.

So much great work.

I look forward to seeing the images of the SketchUp model from all angles. Does it overlay screencaps well?

Also, have you compared the wall panels to those from the TNG corridors? I was always curious how much commonality was there, if any.

Material info and dims are always useful for blueprinting - I will definitely look this up. I need to go through Fleet workshop anyway as I haven't been back since my accident.

I think the TNG wall panels were cut down to make Voyager panels A and C with additional panels made. Voyager used far more rounded panels than TNG.

The ceiling panels were definitely reused from the TNG corridors and cut to fit.

I found it hard to camera match the curved sections of corridor as they have a few suitable line sets (parallel line pairs) at 90 degrees to each other. The straighter corridors (engineering, reinforced door, transporter sections) camera match well. These are the sections I used to determine the structure dims.

To quickly build the diagrams and develop the floor plan model, I made a construction kit of wall elements.

I've put the kit up on sketchup warehouse.

Eventually I hope to make an easier to use version using sketchup's smart objects system.

You know, I've been re-reading this thread recently, just to get my motivation back to finally get around do doing the DS9/Defiant interior sets like I've always wanted, and it occurred to me.

We've got details blueprints of pretty much every hero ship station around for all the series... except for the Enterprise-E's first contact layout now.

Congrats everyone, years of piling together to do research like this has really paid off. I would never have thought we'd have such a large collection of material like this if it didn't help all contributors scouring the net randomly for stuff to swipe off ebay and prop auction sites :P

PS: Keep an eye out for the FC engineering corridors, I really wanna do a full mockup of the E-E someday. :)

I know you have other projects but is there any way you could come up with a plan for the center console of the Star Trek 5 shuttlecraft I really want to build it. I do have a clue for you to work from, when Kirk opens the phaser communicator storage you see two comunicators which according to the auction of that communicator measures 4 inches by 2 and a half inches,
