The weird thing about Colin's coat is that it doesn't actually look as bad in the flesh, so to speak, as it does on screen. I mean, it doesn't look much good either, but definitely not as amazingly awful as on screen.

The show was very brightly lit in those days. The coat wouldn't jump out as much with the modern show's lighting.
I saw it in person at the Doctor Who Experience in Cardiff and agree. It wasn't as bright in person. Not good, but not as bad as it did on screen.
I hope Missy manages to come back from the dead again, I think that she would play off the new Doctor well.
I liked missy...but o think part of how missy worked was because she was now The female master, vs ‘male’ Doctor (though more playing against the maleness of The immediately previous Doctors) Capaldi was back to the more or less asexual character that had existed in the classic series.
I won’t know how a new Master character will play against the new Doctor till we see her in action.
But back from the dead? Highly likely....back as Missy? I wouldn’t be so sure tbh, even if she was fun.
Michelle Gomez says she's done with the series (deliberately leaving with Calpadi, Moffat, etc.), but I would definitely be up for another female Master. Perhaps wait a season so Jodie Whittaker can establish herself as The Doctor and then bring in a new Master.
Well, she is returning for the River Song series on Big Finish in its fifth season so, yeah, we'll hear from her again. Sooner rather than later, in fact.
Well, that's different. That's a one, two day commitment with no costuming or make-up. And she specifically said the show not the role itself.
Well, I think its safe to assume she'll return, one day. Yes, one day she'll come back.
So definitely not a piece of stealth marketing then.

How does going to court help them find this person? Is there some privacy related law that needs to be overcome?
Or, it really is stealth marketing and this court visit generates more publicity.
Meh, I don't know why they bother, it's not like we aren't gonna see it in full context anyway. So a leak happened. Its not the entire episode, or the entire series. It shouldn't matter. But then again, Chibnall is known for being a leaker-Nazi and was pretty protective over broadchurch scripts. I wonder if he pitched a fit to the Beeb, and that's why they are taking action.
It was the first five episodes of Series 8 four years ago. (Time flies.) The first six scripts were also leaked. The episodes had been put on a server for a Brazilian company to translate them, as I recall, and the server wasn't secured.
