How DOES one get the thread titles into this thread? I haven't been able to figure out how to participate in this.

The way I do it is to take a screenshot of the forum index page. My preferred method involves opening the page in my browser, and holding down ALT while tapping the PrintScreen key once to copy the image of the active window to the clipboard.
From there it's a case of pasting the contents of the clipboard to your image editor/manipulator of choice as a brand new image (the Edit menu has a command for this, or right-click if the editor supports it), and cropping out all the extraneous parts of the image.
Save the image file to disc, then upload the file to an image hosting site of your choice, and display it in this thread in the usual manner.
