I did the source image back in 6-3-2007 very big source image.
I don't get it?
Me neither - but it doesn't matter.
It looks very nice, very psychedelic and very Tholian to me - though not a bit Spock-like , nor like anything from an election campaign.
But then again, what do we know about how election campaigns will be fought several hundred years from now?

So maybe I just had Spock on the mind when I looked at it but today yes it does look Tholian very Tholian. As the original work is just an abstract that is "very pretty" and was thinking that we should have a "very pretty" entry into the September challenge - being it my first entry and as my first time posting an image for an entry and specially since I joined in the beginning of Sept. as it is. I do see Spocks pointy ears in the image of a ghostly figure from time to time.
the WIP=work in progress aspect of this would allow for the alteration of Spock's image into the Tholian one. the concept of WIP was necessar for the work to represent what was/is being done on our subconsious minds and such .. with the electional focus and all of that.

The image was created by a grouping of fractals and filtering fractals layered with various opacity and blending with the original done at like giant size, these are just "cut-outs" from the original image. The idea of the actual person in office is just a cutout from the real people in charge of what gets to the public for our use to vote on sorta like censorship of the big picture to the extreme. yes I did the original and upon a second look I saw the ghost of Spock in it.

I'm going to hop onto the I Don't Know How This Fits Into The Competition At All bandwagon here. I'd even go so far as to say I don't know how this is even Trek art, as all I see are some jumbled colors and shapes.
I don't mean to sound rude, but is english your first language? I don't even know what you're talking about. I can't even make sense of your explanation.
You made the original image. Then you refracted it? And then you accidentally saw Spock's ghost, and so you decided that's what it was. And then people here said it looked Tholian, so you decided after the fact that they might be right.
Still, nothing about this has to do with politics.
I'd be surprised if anyone even know there was something to vote for.

Yes I am so far out in left field that it takes me a day just to change sides.
anyway just preparing for a long hall across the way thru this forum of forums; at this point I like the forum; but mind you my dyslexic artistry of word image sound et.c is unlike anything from any universe you have been to.
