Assuming I can't come up with anything better before October, I did this on Paint with some help in the text from Powerpoint. This is another type of news - personal news. Inspired by the mention of stargrams in "The Deadly Years", though this more resembles a postcard.

Great work! At first my thought was what a nice looking and cheerful stargram/postcard! And then I read it and realized it was actually a military death notification!
