You guys really know how to make a prodigal son feel welcome! Thanks again to all who voted for me. Sorry I have been around much as of late, but real life gets in the way of having fun at times. OK, enough small talk, down to business....and business is just the idea for this months challenge. I don't know about anyone else but I thoroughly enjoyed Trek 09, all but the marketing design. Seriously a black and white poster that it out of focus??? Kinda lacked the ummpphh factor in my opinion, as well as the over used B/W Contrasty portraits. Sorry to go off on a rant....back to the issue at hand.
Your mission should you accept it, is to take any Trek incarnation from TOS to 09, including fan made series( New Voyages/Phase 2, Hidden Frontier, Starship Exeter, etc.)and even the old power record adventures and make one kick @$$ piece of art for it. Posters, CD or DVD covers, Action Figure, keychain, lunch box, sneakers, tshirts anything as long as it is trek related and would make someone want to watch it. One stipulation is that it has to be a real Trek, by which I mean no making up a show or movie.
The sky is the limit on this one, creativity a must. aside from the stipulation mentioned above, there are no limits!!! On your mark...get set....engage!!!
