Cool, but I would add "for" under Janeway. Just to make it a little more intuitive on what your message is. At first I thought Janeway was getting a call from the council president or was calling the council president. I had to go back and look at the contest guidelines before I realized what it meant.

Of course, I did just wake up, and am still groggy.
