Definitely Section 31 - the dark colour and those nacelles see to that, but I also see hints of general Klingon ship design in the dorsal/ventral views, and Andorian ship design in the profile shots. I really like that deep primary hull and thick 'neck' in the straight on profile, and the three-quarter view below it. Personally, I'd lose some of the windows as it looks a little "cruise ship" from the side, but otherwise great stuff!

I kinda threw the gambit of design influences at it, Just because you know the empress would take from any other race that could benefit her, she did it in her own universe, now she can't be so obvious. I created that big viewing area between the impulse engines as a call back to her throne room, in my thinking it would not be adorned with a throne, nor all of the heavy exotic decorations as the one on her flagship, it would be pretty bare, with maybe one chair in the room, she would only have access to this room, no one else, and the reason it is facing the rear of the ship, is to represent what she left behind, the Japanese are very symbolic that way, so I wanted that element in the ship.
