Has anyone else noticed the background on Pike's dossier? It really reminds me of TOS with the blue-to-red background colors.

It is my wallpaper as well. Fortunately my screen at home is 1280x1024 so no adjustments were needed.
Also, when you click download in dossiers section, you can choose your resolution/size.
