The worst Pumpkin Spice product I've ever had was a Pumpkin Spice Latte from Tim Hortons. It was vile. Coincidentally it was also the one with the least amount of calories according to a list of pumpkin spiced lattes that I've seen. Weak flavouring and pieces of spiced cookies. Tasted like vomit.

Yeah, I like lots of their stuff. But this is one of the things they've dropped the ball on. It's the combination of the espresso base (which I don't normally mind), the flavouring and the texture of the cookies that make make it an unsettling flavour profile. Their new Spicy Chorizo Breakfast wrap is awesome though.

OTOH, their Vomit Latte tastes remarkably like pumpkin pie!
In all seriousness, I know they had a Pumpkin Spice Latte (I think I even mentioned it upthread) but I've never actually tried it.
I had sort of stopped getting coffee from Timmie's for a while, since the location nearest me seemed to suffer a drastic decline in coffee quality. But when they introduced their new Dark Roast a little while ago, I had to give it a try... and I'm so glad I did!
I don't think I could ever go back to the regular blend...

Except way, way better. I've only had a few different sandwiches from Tim Horton's (we no longer live near one *weep*), but they were all delicious.

There are a few Tim Hortonses (Hortoni?) in the US but unfortunately my city isn't one of them.
I only found out about this awesomeness when I went to Toronto this spring.

Yeah, I totally switched to their Dark Roast too. I was so hoping they'd just go ahead and make that their default roast. Much more balanced roast.

I'll be making my pumpkin spice muffins this year; hopefully they'll taste even better with this latest modification to the recipe, that allows for fewer carbs and sugars.

Yummy... I can't wait for Egg Nog season! I'm lactose intolerant, so I also stock up on Lact-Aid pills.
I love Pumpkin Spice and pumpkin in general. Fall is pumpkin spice and apples. Winter is Peppermint and Fruitcake time!

The real question is: Why do these people hate America? Scartch that -- people in general. I'm pretty sure it's a God-given right to be free of pumpkin spice... ;-)
