Personally, I'd like it if they put spikes on the nacelle domes, but I don't really care too much about that. It'll look how it'll look, and that'll be that.
I think it moved unconvincingly, but I can't quite explain how.
I think I know what you're referring to. There is hardly any perspective distortion (or "foreshortening" in the art world). It's more of an isometric view being taken by a camera very far away at maximum zoom. This makes the secondary hull, nacelles and pylons look too big in relation to the primary hull which is supposed to look bigger. The odd lighting and coloring exacerbates the imbalance.

Why is she even there? Isn't she a specialist assigned to assist with the spore drive, with other responsibilities as assigned by her CO? Lorca, and his super-secret crush on her, is gone. Captain Emperor has no reason to bring her along for the enhanced interrogation session.
I mean, yeah, I could see a few reasons how it can happen, mostly just Georgiou wanting to mess with Burnham, or maybe an order from Cornwell/Saru? to keep an eye on her, but it just stands out as odd and awkward to me.

Yup. The only major character that has not had much character development (compared to Saru, Tilly, or L'Rell) from the first episode to the finale is her. And since she's the main character of the series....
