It's been a little too long since I've watched Season 6 to have much practical input...but it seems to me that if you're taking as many as seven "small fry" adversaries from one episode, and they were all on the same side, you could consolidate them into a group entry. Likewise, IIRC, the bandito was just a henchman to the Hollander character. And I'll offer the following...
