Today, a look at the NEXT GENERATION Season 3 Writers Technical Manual, which served as the genesis for the popular TNG Technical Manual book!

I can't open most of the pages...

Also, one of the pages I did open had a reference to Dr. Pulaski. They must not have known at the time that Crusher was returning to the show???
 
This is incredible. The TNG tech manual was like my bible in Junior High - to see it's internal draft version is a real treat. I'm amazed at how they managed to retain and beef up the approach to the layout and design.

I don't recall this handy warp speed chart, though:

It would take 100,000 years to traverse the galaxy at warp 1.
VOY spoilers: "warp 10 CANNOT be reached." They even used all caps.
