Andromeda is the only one I can think of right now.

Both Andromeda and Earth Final Conflict were almost unwatchable by the end of their runs.

Xena before it got judeo-christianity. Or when Gabriella cut her hair.

Hercules before it became a regular series. Or even before that.

Baywatch Nights, talk about crazy retrofits...suddenly it was sci-fi.

Twilight Zone, the plug never should've been put back in after the 60's.
