That's true. And I'm not really unhappy that Jericho is going to be on... It's just that as an ENT fan, I feel like the show got short shrift from UPN/et.al.) and want it to stick around for a while.Skywalker said:

i dont see it going totally away for a long time unless the contract is up.
i could see them eventually using it as a lead in on one of their other nights. it would make a good lead in for atlantis for instance.
really a once a week showing during a decent time might be nice.

I think it's great they still are playing ENT. I think Dresden Files (a show I really liked) lasted less time than ENT repeats.
Actually, I owe Sci-Fi a big Thank You for the 4 hour block. It allowed me to finally see seasons 3-4 in a timely and convenient fashion. (I moved out of a UPN area when it was 1st run and wasn't much motivated to seek it out after seasons 1-2) Completely changed my whole attitude about the show (except for TATV, Terra Prime was the REAL last episode)
B5 was on one hour every weekday for a couple of years. They also played the movies periodically and did Crusade marathons now and then. They talked about wanting to become "The Babylon 5 network" for a while.
Then Legend of the Rangers didn't do so well, and B5 left the schedule that Christmas, when they started Taken and switched to the current bumper theme. I think the contract ran out and they simply didn't renew it.
Of course, shortly thereafter they started doing precisely the same thing with Stargate SG-1. I guess that worked out a bit better?
I am surprised the 4 episode block lasted as long as it did (over a year). Considering the somewhat limited number of episodes they must have cycled through all the episodes 3 times already.
I haven't bothered with ENT on SciFi but I have been watching it on HDNet (watching it in high definition is definitely the way to go). They are getting toward the end of 3rd season now.

As Cyrus said, the episodes have been ran through about three times now IIRC. They had to take a break at some point. The show has actually performed rather well for the channel and has proven to be a good aquisition for them. A couple of times ENT reruns matched the ratings of their new dramas.
Yep, I wish HDNET would do a bit more than one a week, but I also hope Paramount will eventually put the series out on Blu-Ray, as devoting 6 hours off my DVR storage to keep the Vulcan and Andorian arcs available in HD then they are finally shown this summer will be a sizeable chunk.

Yeah -- Enterprise on BluRay will be great. I wish they'd release it this year. I mean it's ready to go in HD unlike the other Star Trek series so I don't see why they don't.
