If time travel therapy sounds like a concept you'ld be curious enough to try watching, give Being Erica a shot. The show just wrapped up its 4th and final season last December so its not exactly new, but most people still don't know of this excellent show so I figured its worth a little bit of publicity.

There was a movie called 'Stealth' that came out a couple of years ago with Jaime Fox about an AI fighter jet that goes out of control and rogue. Did you see 'Millenium' yet? 'The Lawnmower Man' - all time favorite, with 'Dune', 'Zardoz', 'War Games'..

Being Erica is AWESOME! I haven't seen much recently but the show rocks.

You'll just have to discover it for yourself because so far I have not seen any description that does any justice to the show. So I'm not even going to try other than to say its got time travelling, it has a therapist helping our main character turn her life around and the four seasons make a complete, compelling story.

Give the first few episodes a shot, maybe even watch the entire first season if you have the time. You'll never know if you'll like it unless you try.
