Amazon has many different sets of Star Trek TOS. The Sci-Fi channel had a special TOS described here:

Is there an Amazon set that has this version?

No. The Season One Blu-ray does have a few brief clips of the interviews conducted for these broadcasts in the Starfleet Access special feature for the episode Where No Man Has Gone Before, but that’s it. Over the years there’s been a lot of stop and go attempts at collecting every single one of these for YouTube but it always seems to stall out before I complete set of them can be made. I too have a collection of these broadcast but it takes a lot of time and effort to capture them all properly.

This is quite serendipitous, but I came to post here that virtually the entire run has been uploaded to YouTube! Shatner/Nimoy episodes (1-60) are edited together in a single video. The remaining Shatner only episodes are also included! Check out the https://www.facebook.com/groups/startrekscifi group on Facebook. A member there edited and posted the segments for all 80 episodes this past summer. Only missing Nimoy hosted "Metamorphosis" and part of his segment of "The Ultimate Computer."

Looks like they’re starting to get blocked. Will you consider uploading these to another video server? This is the greatest compilation of these precious videos and it would be a shame to see all of this work go to waste.
