After watching the major dumbassery going on in the White House, I decided that this week's contest should be "Bad Leaders." It can be any character in scifi or fantasy with political, legal or military power of some sort who is morally evil and/or simply inept at being a leader. They must have followers or be in charge, have official authority of some sort, not just some guy with a few friends. Some examples: Darth Vader, Number 2 (any of them) in The Prisoner, The Mayor in Buffy, President Snow in The Hunger Games, Ming the Merciless from Flash Gordon, Kingpin from Daredevil or Sutler from V for Vendetta. They can be very bad at their job or just incredibly evil. Or both.
If in doubt, just submit an idea. I'll let you know if I think it's acceptable.
Standard av rules apply: 200 x 200 pixels max, 1 MB max, and keep it work-safe. I'll put the poll up next Wednesday, the 22nd.
