Scenes that were unintentionally funny

This is one of my favorites. I can understand Kirk allowing himself to be beaten by the children rather than fight back. But the fact that he can't even beat them in a battle of wits is just sad.

But if you want hammy Shatner, look no further than "The Enemy Within."

I would also nominate Spock screaming out "The women!" when the Talosians abducted Number One & the yeoman in "The Cage."

And of course certain portions of the Gorn fight from "Arena."

Want a ridiculous scene from "the Enemy Within"? Right after evil Kirk beams in. The way he's moving around, camera and light pans on his face... I almost started laughing (and trust me, hearing me audibly laughing is rare indeed). Shatner isn't very subtle about playing villains, is he?

Or Dr McCoys white noise device (microphone) from Ultimate Computer....

I think you are thinking of the Season 1 episode "Court Martial", not the Season 2 episode "The Ulitmate Computer".

Here are screencaps of Dr. McCoy using the noise canceling device (microphone), courtesy of trekcore.

The nacelles shaking as Decker's ship flies into The Doomsday machine in the original fx. They used a little AMT model. That really shows up on today's larger TVs.

Why did I say ultimate computer ? Getting old, mind slipped. Of course i was Court Martial. I am embarassed.

Any scene with Meg Wylie and her big giant head.

Oh, and that scene at the end:They'd never seen a woman before. So they stuck her head on her left shoulder.
