Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark (film)

I saw the trailers for this today, and it looks potentially interesting. I'm a huge fan of the art in the original editions (which is genuinely nightmare fuel, in a good way ) and I'm glad to see those designs being utilized in the trailer. I'm also glad that Del Toro is involved, as I like some of his other films and I feel like he's a good fit for helping to realize such designs.

I have never scared easily, but these books truly scared me when I was a kid. We'd read them on camping trips. I'm excited to see how the movie turns out.
