Brings to mind a point, though...if somebody shows up here claiming to be famous, is there really a way to make sure with 100% certainty that it's them? Unless they submit a pic of them holding up a sign that says "TrekBBS" or something.

Wasn't the second time she showed up because somebody was bad mouthing her appearance, and both her and her SO showed up?

I think that phones should only be used for professional and business matters. If you are going to do anything embarrassing or criminal, do it off the phone and store the material in a lockbox.

By your logic, lockboxes are in the public domain, too. After all, anyone can walk up, steal it, and break it open, and do whatever they want with the contents. Thus it must be public domain.
