Scanning... Quick ST3 Question

Why is it weird that Dr. McCoy may have been speaking in Spock's voice? People have done other voices before -- people like Mel Blanc back in the day and Seth MacFarlane today can speak in hundreds of different voices. Why not McCoy doing a dead-on Spock?

Mel Blanc and Seth MacFarlane are doing other voices intentionally. In ST3, the implication was that it was unconscious on McCoy's part - it was spontaneous as a result of having Spock's mojo in him.

I have a quick ST3 question - what does Chekov say after Kirk leaves to go see who broke into Spock's quarters? I've never been able to understand him.

If you have the DVD and watch with the commentary on it says that Chekov is saying: "I'm not crazy! There it is!" If I remember correctly. Someone posted the same answer here.

I just Googled "Chekov Russian 'Search for Spock'" and found this:

Chekov, at the science console, says (in Russian) "I'm not crazy! There it is" (pointing to the computer screen)."

PS. And, of course, the thread went over the page and now I sound like an echo.
