Say something positive about your least favorite character ...
... and something negative about your favorite character.

My least favorite Voyager character is Harry Kim. But what I like about him is his interest in music and the relationship he has to Janeway. I wish we would have seen more of that relationship. Oops, that's a negative, isn't it?

My favorite character from Voyager is probably the Doctor. What I hate about him is that he could never really decide on a name. Sorry, but I didn't like the singing either. And it would have been nice if some of the things that happened to him had a greater impact on his character in later episodes (the events of Real Life, for example).

So, what about you?

My least favorite character was the EMH. However, I appreciated the character's utility function once he received his mobile emitter.

My favorite character is Captain Janeway. I really can't stand her when she's in her holonovels. I never liked a single holonovel I saw her in. In fact, I never liked any of the holodeck stuff (sans The Killing Game) I ever saw her in.

My least favorite character is Seven of Nine. I detest her because of her actions in Survival Instinct when she reassimilated P'Chan, Lansor, and Marika into a collective triad just because she was afraid of individuality. And that she condemned them to what amounted to a terminal illness because of her actions later on down the road. I'm glad she was capable of mercy and rediscovering human empathy and compassion, because instead of making them live on as Borg drones she let them live as individuals even for a month.

My favorite main character is Tom Paris. I wasn't a huge fan of how his impulsiveness tended to cloud his judgement at times.

About Neelix? Well, the "Jetrel" episode wasn't that bad (and Neelix was not as annoying as usual in that episode).

I disliked Seven when she was new but she was actually quite funny, especially in Tinker Tenor Doctor Spy ('don't expect me to pose for you')....

....and Janeway pulls ridiculous faces when drinking her coffee.

My least fav character is Ayala. The good thing about him is that he wasn't showed in that many episodes

Janeway is my favorite character but I don't like her hair in "Workforce". I know there was a lot of hassle with her hair throughout the series but I only say LONG LIVE THE WIGS!!!

My favourite character is Dr Shmully, but I'm going to agree with the OP in that I hate that he never chose a name.

Actually, it is Doctor Kenneth H Shmully. The H stands for hyphen.

Least favorite: Neelix. Became a much more interesting and likeable character when he was downplayed a bit in the later seasons.

Most Favorite: The Doctor. Always bugged me a bit when he put his own needs/ego in front of the ship's well being.

My least favorite was Harry Kim. If nothing else he provided a straight man for Tom to play off of.

My favorite was Tom. I really disliked how in an effort to make him more mature as time when on, the writers got rid of his rebel streak and his take-no-shit attitude of the first couple seasons.

My least favorite character was 7 of 9... but I can respect that she did have talent to offer when she was in engineering and her help in fighting the Borg when needed.


My favorite Character is Kathryn Janeway, but i didn't like how they made her so distant from Chakotay in the later seasons... They were great together and they were a balance each other needed.

My favorite character was Tuvok, but I think he and Chakotay buried the hatchet too soon.

My least favorite character is Harry Kim. I did like his friendship with Tom Paris and he was sometimes funny on the series.

My most favorite is Chakotay..I hated it that he was stereotyped as a character and that he always made himself look like a lapdog for Janeway. Plus I wanted to shake him in Endgame and say: "you stupid moron!!! of ALL people you had to pick the one with the biggest rack in Starfleet?!"
