A Fistfull of Rios instead of A Fistfull of Data?
So does Rios now pack up all the EHs now that he has a real crew?
Even the EEH (Ian) replaced with a Deus-Ex ship-repair device.
Or do people want to see them all stick around (as Emergency back-up crew) ?
They’re for emergencies so I’m sure the holos will be around.
I was surprised that they didn't show up at the end even if it was just for Picard to "Not now!" them.
Kilana2 wished to see Santiago Cabrera as a Musketeer. He played Aramis in the BBC's The Musketeers from 2013-16 - thus, the Beeb has already granted the wish. Beeb is what we call the BBC.What is that?

Any reason why my post (question) was deleted? No. I'm natural born "Ossi" from Germany.Mondragon said:[URL='https://www.trekbbs.com/goto/post?id=13324032#post-13324032'↑ said:Du bist Charrúa?
But I heard Jonathan del Arco is born in Uruguay. Cabrera is from Chile.
As to Uru-Guru: I came up with this term after listening to Metal Guru by T-Rex, just after World Cup 2018. When Mexico kicked the German's butt I changed my colors......
I'm looking forward to reading this book........It's due to be published in August.
LOL! Will it explain why the need for Mr.Hospitality, and why he hates him so much?Rios learns the hard way that good crewmembers are hard to find, even when you can create your own...
The person you need to ask is yourself:Curios about a post of mine that was edited/deleted?
I was perusing the older discussions a page back, and noticed, a post where I ask Kilana2 who signs their posts Uru-Guru.
If they (although from Germany) were also Uruguayan? As per their fun sig "Uru-Guru", and the convo had also tuned to Rios' love of Football.
(FYI Charrúa is what the Uruguayan fútbol team (and countrymen) call themselves. So I whimsically asked in broken German as that is where Kilana2 indicates they are from) if they were Charrúa meaning if thay are from from Uruguay. Which Kilana2 clearly understood)
You can still see my (now deleted )post in Kilana2's reply to me:

Not a big deal, I am just surprised and curious why ?
It looks like I have the option to undelete it, if you'd like.
LOL! Me right now:The thread of existential crisis has begun!
No it's fine, and thank you for checking. It looks like I have the option to undelete it, if you'd like.

I'm pretty sure we already know that. Mr Hospitality came with the basic installation of the ship (it isn't hard to understand why a transport ship would have a hospitality hologram as part of the crew). By accidentally selecting the self-scan option Rios had his own face (and memories) layered over the pre-programmed personality. Rios hates this one in particular because of the obsequious personality coming out of his own likeness.LOL! Will it explain why the need for Mr.Hospitality, and why he hates him so much?

Edit:
To not make the post a complete waste
The apparent history of fútbol in Star Trek, of course there is a youtube vid (argentine) about it, and there is actually more fútbol in Trek than I thought. Not surprising Worf's association to it is outrageously tragic! LOL!
But Rios is the first we actually see play, and bring the ball on-board.
La Sirena is my favorite Star Trek ship. I could never get attached to the Enterprises or any of the Starfleet ships because I knew if I lived in the Trek universe I'd have to join a rigorous military institution to command those ships, and even then they're not my property but Starfleet's.Hallmark is going to have a La Sierna Christmas tree ornament coming out this year. I just saw an article about it on Trek Collective's website.
You know how we have PC games like "Ultimate Epic Battle Simulator" where you can send an army of penguins against an army of dinosaurs or something? The 2nd season should open with Picard and the gang in the holodeck watching an army of Rioses fighting an army of Datas.A Fistfull of Rios instead of A Fistfull of Data?
