I'm sorry, but I've been tricked by trailers and things like this to many times to just assume it's him until we get a clear shot of him where there is absolutely no possible way it could be someone else, or we get a direct quote from a person we know is involved in the movie saying that is who he is playing.
I never trust stuff we see in trailers, unless there is absolutely no possible way it could ever be anything other than what we think we see, and \since we didn't actually see his wheelchair or hear someone call him Charles or Xavier this is not enough for me.

In any other franchise, sure..... But again..... Patrick Stewart, in an MCU movie AND the multiverse......

Patrick Stewart does not equal Charles Xavier, even if that is inexplicably the conclusion that everyone keeps jumping to.

Just because one trailer broke your trust, it doesn't mean they all will. I think if you aren't ready to trust this trailer then perhaps it's better to keep things on friendship terms and maybe start seeing other trailers. Maybe you just haven't watched the right trailer yet.
